A fire in a warehouse is also a production risk, an insurance conversation and a board question. We assess fire risk as it actually is on site: ignition sources, fuel, escape routes, detection, suppression and the people who would have to respond. Findings are referenced to NFPA and to the local code that applies.

    Drawings, occupancy, fuel load and history of fires and near misses.

    Site walk of every area, with checks on escape routes, doors, detection and extinguishing equipment.

    Assess

    Grade each finding by likelihood and consequence and reference the requirement behind it.

  4. 04

    Report and support

    Action plan, walk-through with the site team and support until critical items close.
